Introducing... THE JUSTICE SQUADRON! A team of government owned and created superheroes. They are major players in the Manzelle & Cleaver Boy universe. They act as the spokesmen of "superhuman rights" and do the bidding (be it good or evil) of the government. They were created to help get the American people on the side of the superheroes, and show that that superhumans aren't just freaks.

Powers: Can cause his "soul" to split apart and inhabit both living and non-living things and control them.

2. Name:Red Hawk
Powers: Expert hand-to-hand combatant and tactician, wears a suit that grants him limited flight, suit also possesses sharp taloned gloves and other gadgets.

3. Name: Duplicity
Powers: Can make duplicates of herself.

Powers: Manipulation of light at varying levels of intensity.

5. Name: FlexiBill
Powers: Highly elastic body allows for stretching and enhanced durability.

6. Name: Water Witch
Powers: Mental control of water, able to breath underwater, and swim at high speeds.

7. Name: Metalhead
Powers: Body can transform into various types of organic metal (lead, steel, mercury) so that it retains said metals basic properties.
